Order Processing & Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Transit Time: Shipping durations vary based on your location and the selected delivery method. Estimated delivery timelines will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking information typically updates and becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged due to transit, please immediately refer to Section 2 of our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy to initiate a priority resolution.
